US Computers is pleased to offer products and services to the department of Information Resources in Texas. We also hold a GSA contract with the federal government. We provide assistive technology and computers to many department of rehabilitation offices and VA regional offices nationwide.
So if you have a need for a computer system, Assistive technology products, Ergonomic products, training or any other IT needs we can provide it to you in a very competitive price.
All products we provide carries manufacturer warranty pass through as distributor/reseller. Any item we custom build in house will carry 1 year warranty.
Since we carry a wide range of products manufactured by a huge number of manufacturers, each manufacturer may offer different levels of warranty. Some may have 1 year, 2 years or 3 years warranties and some may have even less. As a standard, we pass through the manufacturer warranty to the buyer. The customer can contact the manufacturer directly whose information is typically on all the packages and many include warranty cards, registration cards or manuals in the box packaging. Including warranty information conspicuously posted in the packaging is legally required by all manufacturers in the United States
We will be more than happy to provide manufacturer information if someone contacted us. However, it is our understanding the department of consumer affairs most likely requires all manufactures to include warranty info in each package.
Most items in our catalog are special items and will follow the manufacturer guidelines for returns. Typically an item could be returned within 7 days of purchase. Some manufacturers will allow 30 days as well. A defective item however can be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in compliance to their warranty beyond 30 days and maybe up to the warranty period of that particular item as long as it complies with the warranty terms and condition of manufacturer.
When we provide an item to the client we send them an estimate with the specification and product number and description. It is the clients’ responsibly to make sure they are purchasing the correct item. However it can be returned as long as our distributors and manufacturers are willing to take it back within seven days and sometimes up to 30 days.
